“We just needed an affordable one night stay for a business trip and this was perfect! The location was very convenient, the staff was beyond accommodating, the breakfast was great and the views out of the breakfast area was stunning out the Marina! We would absolutely stay here again. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, perfect for what we needed!”

“Very good ”

“Smelt a little of cigarettes”

“Rooms were very clean. The day staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Quiet there.”

“Breakfast is the best “included with your stay” buffet. Kitchen/ dining area spotless and variety/ quality of food is excellent. Front desk staff very helpful when you have problems: but you will have problems. Extra linens in closet did not have pillowcase for pillow. Stayed in accessible room for higher toilet/ accessible shower. Room size is great, however: Prepare for flooding if you use the shower and moldy/ mildew smell. You can request more (& towels will be needed every day)but, since……

“At the time of check in they charged me a 75 dollar incidents fee. The money was taking off my card and she kept trying to get me to pay another 75 dollars… I kept showing her my bank account to show that it came out yet and still she wanted me to pay another 75 dollars… Then she took my card and made copies of it which I don’t agree with cause now my card number is just sitting there for other people to get access to it… Other than that my stay was enjoyable…”

“The staff were wonderful and the location is excellent. I rated the property at a three because the room we had, although we had a great view, the AC was incredibly loud when running. Additionally, the toilet did not flush well, and the shower doors would open while in the shower.”

“Las fotos que aparecen en la página no son reales. El lugar es muy sucio”

“Staff , we’re very helpful ! Parking was convenient ! Area was family oriented !”

“The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.”

“Premium location and comfortable. Beautiful home. Excellent host and delicious breakfast !”

“My biggest problem was that the only chair in our room was the desk chair. Due to spinal stenosis I can no longer sleep in a bed. I have slept in a recliner for 7 years. The back on the desk chair was too low. I slept very little. My back hurt constantly. Because there was no where to elevate my legs by today my feet and ankles were swollen. There was 1 comfortable chair in the lobby. Each room needs a comfortable char and possibly an ottoman.”

“Everything is perfect. The location, the staff, the food, and the house itself. Definitely will stay there again if we go to New Bern again.”
